Our jewellery may feature natural semi-precious gemstones. Because these gemstones are formed by nature, variations in colour, patterns, inclusions, texture, transparency, and overall appearance may occur. Such natural characteristics are not, by themselves, considered manufacturing defects.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

We currently ship orders across India.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 2–4 business days.
The overall estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 3–6 business days from successful order confirmation.
These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, logistics disruptions, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
